TENDER NOTICE

               

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed firms preferably registered with any Govt. Authority  FOR THE WORK OF Stall Erection With Electrical Fittings And Allied Work etc. for 12th IND-EXPO NATIONAL LEVEL VENDOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME & INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION FROM 16th to 19th December 2011  at MSME-DI CAMPUS INDORE (M.P.).

 

The details are as follows:

 

  1. Venue: MSME-DI, Campus, 10 Pologround Indl. Estate, Indore (M.P.).
  2. General Conditions, Details of Specifications, Schedule of quantity etc. are available with tender application form.
  3. Tender Application forms can be obtained from the Director, MSME-DI, Indore, 10, Pologround Indl. Estate, Indore, by cash payment of Rs. 500/- [non refundable] or through demand draft in favour of Asstt. Director, MSME-DI, Indore.
  4. Deposition of Earnest money Rs. 10,000/- [refundable] in the form of demand draft in favour of Asstt. Director, MSME-DI, Indore to be enclosed with tender application.
  5. Security deposit of Rs. 30,000/-  [refundable] in form of fix deposit / demand draft in favour of Asstt. Director, MSME-DI, Indore will have to be submitted with in three days, if the quotations of the tenderers is accepted. 

 

Tender documents are available from 19th October  2011 onwards.

 

The last date and time of receipt of tender is 08/11/2011 at 01.00 PM, date and time of opening the tender is 08/11/2011 at 04.00 PM.  The Director, MSME-DI, Indore reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.  The conditional quotations will not be considered and will be liable for out right rejection.  The quotations received in time will be opened by Purchase Committee and shall be placed for approval of Director MSME-DI, Indore.
